Here is an illustration that I did for the Portland Mercury, for Justin "Scrappers" Morrison. Always an awesome art director to work with. The article was about medical practices in Oregon prisons, specifically by Dr. Robert Snider. Other doctors are also involved with incorrect practices. The government systems are so complicated nowadays that many corruptions are easily overlooked. This is a disheartening case. I almost feel like this is also happening in medical facilities outside of prison environment.
